(Thomson Reuters ONE) - RHJ International announced today that its purchase agreement withMetaldyne Corporation ("Metaldyne") to buy certain powertrain andother Metaldyne operating assets and the stock of certain foreignsubsidiaries of Metaldyne was not approved by the bankruptcy courtand has terminated.
