Nordex Explosives Announces Results of 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
(firmenpresse) - KIRKLAND LAKE, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/15 -- NORDEX EXPLOSIVES LTD. (TSX VENTURE: NXX) ("Nordex" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of its annual meeting of shareholders held in Kirkland Lake, Ontario on June 25, 2015. The shareholders re-elected Joseph Hunnisett, Duncan Middlemiss, Peter Bourgeois, Dr. Lee Michael Luciani, James O'Reilly and Paul De Luca to the Board. The Company's auditors, BDO Canada LLP, were also re-appointed to hold office until the next annual meeting of the shareholders.
In addition, the shareholders approved the proposed amendment to the Company's stock option plan from a "fixed number" plan to a "10% rolling number" plan as well as the creation of a new control person within the meaning of applicable TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXVE") policies.
