Plateau Uranium Proposes to Issue Shares to Settle Debt
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/15 -- Plateau Uranium Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PLU) (FRANKFURT: QG1) ("Plateau Uranium" or the "Company") today announced that, subject to regulatory approval, it is proposing to issue 277,777 common shares to Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation ("CFCC") at a deemed price of $0.45 per share to settle in part an advisory fee payable to CFCC in connection with the Company's September 2014 acquisition of uranium properties in Peru from Azincourt Uranium Inc. The balance of the fee and reimbursement of certain expenses will be paid in cash. Shares issued under the debt settlement transaction will be subject to a 4-month hold period.
