(firmenpresse) - RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/26/15 -- Lysander Funds Limited ("Lysander"), the investment fund manager of Lysander-Slater Preferred Share Dividend Fund (the "Fund"), announced today that it has corrected a typographical error in the Fund Facts dated December 30, 2014.
The Fund Facts for each of Series A, F and O units of the Fund has been revised to correct a typographical error in the "Risk Rating" disclosure. No other changes were made to the Fund Facts.
The refiled Fund Facts replace the original versions filed on December 30, 2014. They are available on SEDAR at and on the Lysander website at .
