CaNickel Reports of Voting Results of Annual Meeting
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/29/15 -- CaNickel Mining Ltd. (TSX: CML) ("CaNickel" or the "Company"), announces the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") held today, June 29, 2015.
A total of 24,851,257 shares were represented at the AGM being 66.23% of the issued and outstanding common shares as of the record date for the AGM. Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions and each of the four nominees proposed as directors were elected. Details of the results are as follows:
