("Tellza") (TSX: TEL) announced that the five nominees listed in its Management Proxy Circular dated May 21, 2015 were elected as directors of Tellza. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in Toronto, Ontario at Tellza's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders are as follows.
