(OTC PINK: AVEW) today announced their company has finalized the Asset Purchase acquisition of Pegasus Construction Company LLC (Pegasus). Pegasus is a construction company located in Lakeway, Texas serving the Central Texas area building custom homes, remodeling, home additions and commercial finish out. Pegasus is a 12 year old business providing quality workmanship at competitive pricing. The Pegasus web site is .
Pegasus becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of AVEW and will be the construction remodel division of the parent holding company.

Pegasus will absorb all indoor and outdoor remodels for current and future projects. Pegasus is expected to bring in over $2 million dollars in revenues for 2015.
