Software AG Kicks Off CeBIT 2016 Idea Contest for Universities around the World

- Software AG's University Relations department is inviting students and faculty members worldwide to participate in its idea contest. The winning project will be showcased at CeBIT 2016.

Software AG's University Relations department has announced its fifth annual international CeBIT idea contest. The competition is open to students and faculty at colleges and universities around the world and invites them to submit creative proposals for a project to be showcased at CeBIT 2016, the largest IT fair worldwide. Software AG's Digital Business Platform must be used for the project. Furthermore, entries should depict a market-oriented, real-life model scenario, which highlights the platform's capabilities for big data, Industry 4.0, integration and business process management. The winning project will receive up to ?10,000 for implementation.

The CeBIT 2016 contest is now open; interested parties can register by emailing university(at)softwareag.com by September 18, 2015. Concepts must be submitted by October 16, 2015. Those eligible to win will be notified on November 6 and will receive funding of up to ?10,000 to realize their showcase project, to be presented at CeBIT 2016 from March 14-18, 2016.
