SOLUTIONS 30 : Linky smart meter contract win

SOLUTIONS 30 has been selected by French public electricity distribution network
ERDF for the installation of new Linky smart meters. The company's contract
covers the installation of 30% of the total volume of smart meters following
ERDF's first European call for tenders. Spread over five years, rollout will
start on December 1, 2015 in 22 areas throughout mainland France.
These consultations were issued in early summer 2014 as part of the ambitious
program to replace 35 million meters in France. Having awarded the contracts for
manufacturing the meters, the next step for ERDF was to select its installation
partners.
Commenting on this major contract, Gianbeppi Fortis, Chairman of the Executive
