ARCADIS appointed as Program Managers to deliver HSBC's global capital expenditure program

July 8, 2015 -- ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading natural and built
asset design & consultancy firm, today announced that it won a significant five
year contract to provide global program management and regional delivery of
HSBC's global capital expenditure program.
This is part of a growing trend for corporates to adopt a program management
approach to capital expenditure delivery, seeking the additional efficiency and
effectiveness benefits this brings.
HSBC has a property portfolio in excess of 50 million square feet. As global
program manager, ARCADIS will be responsible for the oversight, assurance,
planning and control of capital projects, with the aim of improving performance,
reducing cost, controlling risk and reducing HSBC's environmental impact, in a
sustainable manner.
ARCADIS will also be the primary service provider for project management, cost
management, health & safety, sustainability and risk management for capital
projects in the Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
