Goldman Sachs U.S. Income Builder Trust Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/09/15 -- (the "Fund") (TSX: GSB.UN) has renewed its normal course issuer bid to purchase up to 754,600 units of the Fund representing approximately 10% of the public float of 7,546,501 units. The Fund may purchase up to 151,511 units in any 30 day period which is 2% of the 7,575,598 issued and outstanding units at July 6, 2015.

As of July 6, 2015, the Fund had purchased 318,500 units under its current bid at an average price of $8.66 per unit.

The units may be purchased for cancellation from July 14, 2015 to July 13, 2016 through the facilities of the TSX or other alternative Canadian trading platform and may only be purchased at a price per unit not exceeding the last published net asset value per unit. The Manager of the Fund believes that such purchases are in the best interests of the Fund and are a desirable use of its available funds.
