"Changing our name to South Beach Spirits, Inc. is another important step in the Company's development and more precisely communicates our goal of building a diversified alcoholic beverage development, marketing, and distribution business and brand," stated Kenneth McLeod, President. The Company has filed a preliminary information statement with the SEC regarding the name change. The name change is subject to compliance with SEC waiting and mailing periods for the information statement and is further subject to approval (together with an anticipated trading symbol change) by FINRA.
