Becker's Hospital Review has published a version of this list annually since 2011. Community hospitals considered for inclusion must have fewer than 550 beds and minimal teaching programs. A 100 Top Hospitals rating from Truven Health Analytics for the past four years.
The Healthgrades Outstanding Patient Experience Award for the past three years.
A 5-star award from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
