Global sales executive Stephen Dunn has joined the company as vice president of Sales, and product development expert Arnie Greenfield has assumed the role of vice president of Research and Development.

In his role as vice president of Sales, leads the Americas sales organization for TalentObjects by Lumesse. He draws on more than 20 years of experience building global field, operations and customer success organizations for SaaS and enterprise applications. Prior to joining Lumesse, Dunn worked for The SAVO Group as vice president of Sales for Strategic Accounts and Customer for Life Program. He has also held executive global sales positions with companies including Knovel Corporation, Dyadem International, Aras Corporation, Matrixone and Workgroup Technology Corporation, resulting in multiple IPOs and strategic acquisitions. In addition to his professional experience, Dunn holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and an M.B.A. in management from the Sawyer School of Management, Suffolk University.
As vice president of Research and Development for TalentObjects by Lumesse, leverages an extensive engineering background of nearly three decades managing highly scalable, complex software projects. Prior to joining the company, he served as vice president of Engineering at Alere Analytics, where he was a key technical visionary and led product development. In addition, Greenfield has served as vice president of Engineering and CTO for a number of companies, including Healthrageous, Brainshark, SupplyWorks, Segue Software and Primavera Systems. Greenfield earned a B.S. in statistics and computer science from the University of Delaware and a Ph.D. in computer science and operations research from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
