Government of Canada provides funding to five organizations in the Moncton Area

(firmenpresse) - MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK -- (Marketwired) -- 07/15/15 -- Robert Goguen, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Member of Parliament (Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe), today announced funding of $224,700 to five organizations in New Brunswick. He made the announcement on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages.
The following organizations will receive funding under the Building Communities Through Arts and Heritage program: the Aberdeen Cultural Centre ($26,200 in 2015-16 and $19,200 in 2016-17), the Permanent Settlers Association ($10,800 in 2015-16 and $86,400 in 2016-17), the Really Local Harvest Co-op ($8,200 in 2015-16) and Film Zone ($29,900 in 2015-16). The Canada Book Fund will provide funding for the Salon du livre de Dieppe ($22,000 in 2015-16 and $22,000 in 2016-17).
