(OTCQB: STLT) announces today that it has engaged Rochelle Park, NJ-based DAK Capital, LLC, to provide strategic investment banking advisory services, including merger and acquisition assistance. DAK Capital, a boutique investment bank, provides a broad spectrum of investment advisory services to its middle market clients. Managing Director Jeffrey M. Gold will act as lead banker.
