Star Navigation Announces Extension of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/17/15 -- Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: SNA)(OTCBB: SNAVF) ("Star" or the "Company") announces that it has received permission from the TSX-Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") to extend the expiry date of its previously announced private placement (see Press Release June 25, 2015).
The closing date will now be on before August 29, 2015.
