Blackline Announces Stock Option Grant

(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/17/15 -- Blackline Safety Corp. (TSX VENTURE: BLN) ("Blackline" or the "Company") today announced that 430,000 stock options were granted on July 15, 2015 to 12 directors and officers of the Company. The options are assigned an exercise price of $1.80 per share and are exercisable for a period of 5 years, subject to regulatory approval. These options are granted under the Company's stock option plan as part of its annual compensation package.
