Deadline for Nominations for the Veterans Ombudsman Commendation is Approaching

(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/20/15 -- The Veterans Ombudsman encourages nominations of those who have made an exemplary contribution to the well-being of Veterans and their families for the Veterans Ombudsman Commendation.

Awarded annually, the Veterans Ombudsman's Commendation recognizes individuals and groups for their efforts on behalf of the Veterans' community. The deadline for nominations is Monday, July 27th, 2015.

Please note that the requirements for nominations have changed this year. Along with a completed nomination form and summary of how the nominee meets the selection criteria, two letters of support from individuals other than the nominator are also required for a nomination to be considered.
