THIN - Warrants exercise period
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") issued Warrants to the subscribers of new
shares in the rights issue completed in the second quarter 2009. The Warrants,
having ISIN number NO 001 0512742, were exercisable in the period 6-31 May
2010, and are also exercisable in a further and final exercise period 1
September-6 November 2010. The Warrants expire and are no longer exercisable
after 6 November 2010.
A letter and exercise form pertaining to the exercise period, will be sent to
the registered holders of remaining Warrants by the end of October 2010.
