Hubbell Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

SHELTON, CT. (July 21, 2015) - The Board of Directors of Hubbell Incorporated
(NYSE: HUBA, HUBB) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.56 per
share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend will be
paid on September 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2015.
