Ethan Allen Declares Cash Dividend

DANBURY, CT (July 21, 2015) -- Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. ("Ethan Allen" or the
"Company") (NYSE:ETH) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a
regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share, which will be payable to
shareholders of record as of Thursday, October 8, 2015 and will be paid on
Friday, October 23 2015.
Farooq Kathwari, Chairman and CEO commented, "We are pleased to continue our
payment of this regular quarterly cash dividend due to the strength of our
financial position."
