SIRIOS Resources Inc.: Two Quebec Financial Institutions Exercise $177,150 in Warrants

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 07/22/15 -- SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE: SOI) announced that an amount of $177,150 was received following the exercise of warrants by two Quebec financial institution shareholders. Sirios has issued in consideration 1,771,500 shares at $ 0.10 per share.

Moreover, Sirios announces, in agreement with the TSX Venture exchange, that the private placement with the first closing of $ 818,775 declared on June 30 will be concluded before 21 August.
