Integration of Radiological Sensors to iRobot Seaglider Provides Government Agencies and Scientists With Ability to Monitor Oceans for Radiation

(OTCBB: PSGY), a leading developer of Radiation Isotope Identifiers, Radiation Area Monitors and High Purity Germanium detector technology for nuclear power plants, homeland security, national research laboratories, security OEM systems integrators, hospitals and overseas nuclear safety agencies, announced that its radiological isotope identification hardware has been successfully demonstrated on the iRobot 1KA Seaglider™ UUV.
A long-range, high endurance UUV, the iRobot 1KA Seaglider measures temperature, salinity and other quantitites in the ocean and sends back data using global satellite telemetry. More than 135 Seaglider UUVs have been delivered to customers worldwide, including the U.S. Navy, government agencies and organizations.
The integration of PSGY's radiological isotope identification hardware to Seaglider gives the UUV nuclear detection capabilities.
