ACH Foam Technologies Featured on World's Greatest TV

"World's Greatest!" is a 30-minute show produced by How 2 Media and dedicated to featuring industry leading companies, products, places and people. Companies are selected through a rigorous interview process. "ACH Foam Technologies was selected to represent the expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam manufacturing industry for their state-of-the-art lost foam foundry pattern technology and pattern assembly process, for providing Geofoam to the nation's largest and most complicated engineering projects, and for their utilization of the industry's first 60% or more recycled content foam packaging," stated Robert Baccarie, Senior Producer.
How 2 Media's film crew spent an entire day filming the ACH Foam Technologies manufacturing processes at the Fond du Lac, Wisconsin facility. In addition, the crew filmed the metal casting process at Mercury Marine, to illustrate the use of lost foam in metal casting. The segment will air on the ION network this August. The ION network has a viewership of more than 95 million households.
