Winners will be announced at , an interactive three-day event celebrating content, creativity and influence, taking place at Walt Disney World® Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. October 22-25, 2015.
Fans can nominate their favorite Creators and brands across a slew of different categories, including food, parenting, home décor and music. Social media platforms are represented across the board, with nominees from Vine, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram and blogs. Fans can also vote on other properties that have already been submitted, and votes will be displayed on the site in real-time.

Nominations and voting will be open until October 12, 2015. Winners will be determined by a judging panel based on the top three finalists per category, as determined by popular vote. Criteria for winning includes, but is not limited to the following: originality, virality, engagement and overall quality of content. Nominations are free for individuals, and cost $49 per social property for brands.
