Pure Energy Announces Dual Listing on the OTCQB Marketplace
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BC -- (Marketwired) -- 07/30/15 -- Pure Energy Minerals Limited (TSX VENTURE: PE) (FRANKFURT: A111EG) (OTC PINK: HMGLF) (the "Company" or "Pure Energy") is pleased to announce that its common shares have commenced trading on the OTCQB Marketplace under the symbol "HMGLF." Pure Energy's common shares will continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "PE." Pure Energy expects to benefit from being listed on the OTCQB by gaining greater exposure and liquidity in the United States, where Pure Energy's Clayton Valley lithium brine project is located.
Pure Energy CEO Robert Mintak commented: "We are pleased to now be listed on the OTCQB Marketplace. Pure Energy will now be trading on three international platforms: TSX Venture (Canada) OTCQB (USA) and the Xtera Platform (Germany). Trading on the OTCQB does not involve the issuance of new common shares of the Corporation or any other securities. The common shares of the Corporation that are currently issued and outstanding, and trading on the Toronto Venture Exchange, may now also be traded through the OTCQB.
