PFO Global Announces New Ticker Symbol
PFGB Effective July 31, 2015

(OTCQB: ENRGD), the innovative manufacturer and commercial provider of advanced prescription lenses, finished eyewear and vision technologies, today announced it will change its trading symbol to "PFGB" effective upon the market's open on July 31, 2015.
The move to the new symbol, which is more closely tied with the name of the company, is intended to strengthen PFO Global's brand and is another step towards improving the Company's profile within the investment community as a newly traded public company.

Starting on July 31, 2015, all company information, including stock trading, filings, and market data related to the company, will be reported under the new ticker symbol, "PFGB." The CUSIP for company's common stock will remain unchanged. Outstanding stock certificates are not affected by the symbol change and will not need to be exchanged.
