Inventergy's Patent Action Now Focused in California

(NASDAQ: INVT) ("Inventergy"), today announced that pursuant to Court instruction in its patent infringement suit against Sonus Networks, Inc. in the Northern District of California, Inventergy will be pursuing third-party mediation with Sonus over the next 90 days.
In addition, Inventergy has dismissed its other parallel patent infringement case against Sonus that was pending in the District Court of Massachusetts. The dispute between Inventergy and Sonus will now proceed in the Northern District of California, where Inventergy is located.
