PITTSBURGH, July 31, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- L.B. Foster Company (NASDAQ:FSTR)
announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a $0.04 per share
regular quarterly cash dividend on its issued and outstanding shares of common
stock. The dividend is payable Friday, September 18, 2015 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on September 4, 2015.
There are currently approximately 10.4 million shares outstanding.
