Please, find enclosed the notice to shareholders of the Extraordinary
Shareholders' Meeting to be held by RHJ International on Tuesday September
21, 2010 at 4 p.m., at its headquarters in Brussels.

The Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting is convened with the same agenda as that
of the meeting convened on September 1, 2010 since the first call did not reach
certain quorum requirements.
