Trent Realty Announces Exclusive US Franchise Development Agreement
(firmenpresse) - MELBOURNE, FLORIDA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/05/15 -- Trent Realty Inc. has today announced the signing of an exclusive franchise development agreement covering all 50 US states, the District of Columbia & its territories with a third-party developer which is majority owned by Hana Kim - CEO of Trent Realty Canada & also its majority shareholder.
The progressive development schedule contained in the agreement will see independent offices be opened first in Trent's home state of Florida where the franchise has already been registered, followed by other jurisdictions on a case by case basis based on overall demand and an underlying market need for the company's high standard of default services which it provides to its clients.
