Red8 Acquires Voyant Strategies' Expanding Expertise in Data Center Solutions
Agreement Accelerates Momentum in Texas and the Tri-State Area; Expands IT Security and Data Center Service Capabilities; Grows Customer Portfolio
(firmenpresse) - COSTA MESA, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/05/15 -- Red8, the industry expert in architecting the software defined data center, today announced that it has acquired the integration division of Voyant Strategies Inc., a privately-held New Jersey-based IT solutions firm. Voyant Strategies, Inc. will continue to focus on its security managed services business. With the acquisition, Red8 gains additional resources in key solutions areas and expands its customer base in the Northeast and South Central US.

Under the terms of the agreement, Red8 has acquired Voyant Strategies, Inc.'s integration division including the teams responsible for business development, sales and technical support. The acquisition increases Red8's customer base by more than 25% and brings added depth to many of its successful technology practices including Cisco, Commvault, NetApp and Riverbed. With resources and customers throughout the US, the deal expands Red8's presence in the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut Tri-State area as well as in the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama (TOLA) markets.
