(TSX VENTURE: ZMD) (the "Corporation" or "ZoomMed") - The Corporation announces the resignation of Mr. Andre Marmet as director of the Corporation, effective immediately. Mr. Andre Marmet was serving on the Board of Directors since the incorporation of the Corporation in 2005. The Corporation and the Board of Directors thank Mr. Andre Marmet for his his contribution during the past ten years, both by his leadership and his valuable advice. Mr. Andre Marmet will continue his functions as Vice-President Corporate Business.
