New Feature Eases Deal-Making Process by Enabling Fast, Easy, and Secure Uploading of Sensitive Documents to a VDR via Email

Email In brings a new level of ease and mobility to the deal-making process, while maintaining the same standards of security and privacy that apply to all Firmex virtual data rooms.
For document sharing to be effective, whether it's for a deal with many players or a project that involves collaboration across numerous levels, it has to be fast and accessible for all users at all times. Email In from Firmex enables users to upload documents as easily as they would send a note to a colleague. Email In works with the same level of security that applies to all Firmex data rooms which are HIPAA-and SOC2-compliant with equivalent compliances under the UK and EU law. Even if a user's email is compromised, there's no way of accessing or removing any documents from their Firmex VDR.

How Email In Works
Firmex VDR users can now email documents to a unique email address that represents a specific folder in the data room. There is no need for the sender to access a web browser, log in to Firmex, or change passwords. Fast, easy, and secure, Email In complements existing methods of uploading.
