(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/03/11 -- The Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) Board of Directors today approved a regular semiannual dividend of 9 cents per share, payable on September 16, 2011, to shareholders of record on August 26, 2011. Cubic has paid uninterrupted semiannual dividends for 39 years.
