(the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: SLK) is pleased to announce that it has closed its sale of all of the Corporation's right, title and interest in petroleum and natural gas and related assets and interests in the Columbia area of Alberta to an intermediate crude oil and gas company for C$707,000 in cash.
