Further to its press releases of 4, 5 and 6 August, Royal Imtech N.V. announces
that negotiations with its financiers have not resulted in an agreement with
financiers on additional financing.
Royal Imtech N.V. continues to evaluate the situation and its consequences and
is considering options to preserve as much of the group as possible.
Royal Imtech N.V. will update the market as soon as possible if and when further
decisions will be made.
