("Cordy") (TSX VENTURE: CKK) announces that it has completed the sale of all of the shares of its wholly owned subsidiary Cordy Manufacturing Inc. to an arm's length purchaser. As a result, Cordy has exited the manufacturing and supply business and now carries on business in two segments, environmental services and heavy construction.
