Cardiff International, Inc. (Symbol: CDIF) Names Mike Gillenwater as New Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - FORT LAUDERDALE, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 08/11/15 -- (OTC PINK: CDIF) today announced that its Board of Directors named Mike Gillenwater Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1st. Mr. Gillenwater has extensive experience managing the Accounting, Audit, IT, Reporting, SOX, and Treasury functions with world class Project Management skills over acquisitions, ERP implementations, integrations, and transformations. Mr. Gillenwater has strong competencies in regulatory frameworks, and with public guidance such as PCAOB, SAS, and SEC standards. Mr. Gillenwater founded InterB in 1999, a consulting practice that provides services in multiple industries to companies such as Agilent Healthcare, AutoNation, Claire's Stores, Furniture Brands International, HIG Capital, Philips Electronics, Source Interlink Companies, ProPetro Services, and multiple other enterprises. Mr. Gillenwater worked in the "Big 4" and has an MBA and a BS in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, a CPA, a CISA, and is a graduate of the JFK Special Warfare Center.
