International Air Filter Company Announces Acquisition of Air Filtration Solutions Leader

(AFM) in Baltimore, Maryland. With this acquisition, AAF International expands its operational footprint and enhances the level of services that it is able to offer in the Mid-Atlantic area.
AFM has been in business for nearly 30 years and is an air filtration solutions leader in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. markets. Under the management of its founder and owner, Rick Matuszak, AFM has found success by offering best in class service levels to a wide range of customers.
Matuszak, who will stay at AFM, said that he is very excited to be working with AAF International. "AAF has great products, such as the Varicel family of filters, and great technology behind their designs. We're looking forward to bringing AAF's products to the marketplace."
