5Banc Split Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividends on Class C Preferred Shares and Class B Capital Shares

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/14/15 -- 5Banc Split Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: FBS.B)(TSX: FBS.PR.C) announced today that it has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11875 per Class C Preferred Share. In addition a quarterly dividend on its Class B Capital Shares was declared of $0.1450 per Class B Capital Share, which represents an increase of $0.0025 per share from the previous quarter. The dividends on both the Class C Preferred Shares and Class B Capital Shares are payable on September 15, 2015 to holders of record on August 31, 2015.
The Company was established to generate dividend income for the Class C Preferred Shares while providing holders of the Class B Capital Shares with a leveraged opportunity to participate in capital appreciation from a portfolio of common shares of Bank of Montreal, The Bank of Nova Scotia, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Royal Bank of Canada, and The Toronto-Dominion Bank.
