The CandE Awards is an annual benchmarking and recognition program that started in North America in 2011. Through a series of survey research and evaluations, the CandE Awards work to understand how employers and candidates engage during the recruiting process as well as the practices that impact the candidate experience. To date, Talent Board's global efforts have helped to document the experiences of more than 250,000 job seekers across North America and the United Kingdom.
