Inventus to Extend Term of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/18/15 -- Inventus Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE: IVS) ("Inventus" or the "Company") announces that it will make an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") to extend the term of a total of 9,833,333 warrants for an additional two years. 6,500,000 warrants were originally issued on September 12, 2013 and are exercisable at $0.15 per share until September 12, 2015, and 3,333,333 warrants were originally issued on September 12, 2013 and are exercisable at $0.20 per share until September 12, 2015. The Company is applying to extend the term of all 9,833,333 warrants to September 12, 2017. The exercise prices for the warrants will remain the same.
The warrant amendments have been approved by the board of directors of the Company. The warrant amendments remain subject to TSXV approval.
