Scott Moore as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company replacing Mr. Josh Van Deurzen. Mr. Van Deurzen has also stepped down as a director of the Company. The board of directors expresses its gratitude to Mr. Van Deurzen for his efforts as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
