Diversified Trust Names Sam Fraundorf Chief Investment Officer
Industry Veteran Fraundorf to Lead Investment Strategy for Southeast-Based Firm With Over $5 Billion in Assets Under Management Across Four Offices

Samuel (Sam) Fraundorf has been named the firm's chief investment officer. Fraundorf will oversee the firm's investment strategy across Diversified Trust's marketplace which includes offices in Atlanta, Ga.; Greensboro, N.C.; Memphis, Tenn.; and Nashville, Tenn., serving clients across the United States.

Fraundorf will lead Diversified Trust's investment team out of its Atlanta office. For the past ten years, he has successfully led major business units at Wilmington Trust where his responsibilities have included overall investment strategy, in-depth research of investment trends and opportunities, oversight of a multi-manager platform, risk management and strategic planning. During his tenure at Wilmington Trust, Sam held the positions of Director of Research, Chief Operating Officer-Investments, Chief Investment Officer and President of Wilmington Trust Investment Advisers. Fraundorf is a CPA, CFA, and a member of the CFA Society of Atlanta where he has served as a lead instructor for the CFA Review Course.
Fraundorf's career started with Arthur Andersen in the mid-1980s, and subsequently he served as a lead consultant with KPMG Investment Advisors where he worked with high net worth investors advising on topics such as charitable gifts, estate planning and tax planning.
