Columbus Copper Granted Interim Order for Arrangement With EnerGulf
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 08/24/15 -- Columbus Copper Corporation (TSX VENTURE: CCU) ("Columbus Copper") is pleased to announce that on August 21, 2015 it was granted an interim order by the British Columbia Supreme Court with respect to its special meeting of shareholders of Columbus Copper to be held to consider the proposed arrangement under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) with EnerGulf Resources Inc.
The special meeting will be held on September 25, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Further details will be provided in the meeting materials to be mailed to shareholders of record as of August 19, 2015. The mailing date for the meeting materials is August 27, 2015.
The Board of Directors of Columbus Copper unanimously recommends that its shareholders vote in favour of the proposed arrangement.
