company, today announced the appointment of Andreas Brand as [Deputy Vice
President, European Investor Relations] effective September 1(st).

management. Prior to joining ROI, Mr. Brand worked at Deutsche Bank in Germany,
selecting investments and providing consulting services for pension funds.
Before that, he served as a sales director at Hamburger Sparkasse, managing a
team of financial advisors. Mr. Brand has also advised a number of CEOs and
board directors on financial planning matters.
