Carmen Walker Späh joining the Board of Directors of MCH Group Ltd.
Carmen Walker Späh, member of the Government Council of the Canton of Zurich,
will be joining the Board of Directors of MCH Group Ltd. on 1 January 2016. The
Government Council of the Canton of Zurich has delegated the Head of the
Department for Economic Affairs to the Board of Directors for the term of office
running until 2019. According to the statutes of MCH Group Ltd., the Canton of
Zurich is entitled to appoint one member of the Board of Directors. In taking
over this mandate, Carmen Walker Späh will be succeeding Ernst Stocker,
President of the Government Council, who is stepping down as the Canton of
Zurich's delegate to the MCH Group's Board of Directors on 31 December 2015.
