(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 08/26/15 -- successfully protected DuPont Pioneer's wheat variety under the Canadian Plant Breeders' Rights Act against an Ontario retailer who was found to have been marketing, selling and passing-off Pioneer® variety 25R40 wheat seed as its own.
Gavin Tighe and Rob Winterstein acted for DuPont Pioneer in prosecuting this litigation to this very positive outcome resulting in the retailer ceasing all unlawful activities regarding DuPont Pioneer products.
